At the time of this writing, my office is my backyard. If it rains later, I will migrate to the dining room table. If the dogs decide that anything, I mean anything, moving outside warrants a barkfest, then its on to the bedroom where I can spread out and hopefully stay awake!

So, if you are anything like me you are conflicted. I am the first to admit that I love designing for the holidays, but the clutter makes me crazy. I feel like I am always one drop kick away from a Christmas Catastrophe!

We had too much fun last week updating a few outdoor spaces for a client. Now, we had to admit that they were not too shabby to begin with. This client has a pretty good sense of design to begin with, so really all we had to do is shake it up a little and take a few chances.

I love when I have the opportunity to work on a clients' landscape design. Partly because I love nature and incorporating as much of the surroundings as I can...

If you have kids, no matter what their age, then surely at some point along the way you bought a big swing set, complete with a climbing wall, slide and perhaps a clubhouse.

These furry guys keep us on our toes and smiling, that's for sure! Each of these dogs has their own special talents...Harper can get anything she want's with those eyes.

Now that the warmer weather is here, my projects are heading outdoors, yay! I love to create a landscape design because it's so much fun and brings it's own design challenges along with it.
